The Futureworks board is made up of parents, professionals, health care workers, foster parents and brothers and sisters who share a common love of children and a calling from God to provide for those in need.

Tatyana Duginova is a tireless champion of children's rights in Russia.  She is formally an educated engineer and attorney and has spent countless hours supporting the efforts of FutureWorks in Moscow.

 

 

Tatyana Alexsievna Vanechkena is an educational professional and has been providing education, school administration and parental love to Russian orphans for over 30 years.

 

 

Lydia Setyanova Pobzanova is an administrator at Orphanage 105 and has been a surrogate mother to hundreds of orphans in the decades she has provided loyal, loving services to these children in need.
